You know there has to be more in life.

I am here to help you create it!

MORE ABOUT ME

Your experience is varied and so is mine. I’ve coached writers, entrepreneurs, small business owners, religious leaders and more. I’ve worked with hundreds of students, as well as parents, educators, managers, and other coaches. I have experience working with people with disabilities and with military veterans. I'd love to work with you, too!

I want to help you improve your life at home, at work, and at play--for your sake and for the sake of the people you care about.

MY BACKGROUND

In addition to being a certified coach, I am also a musician, educator, and avid outdoor adventurer. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and have the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with ICF. I completed the Erickson International Solution-Focused Coaching Diploma program and participate in regular continuing education programs to help me grow as a coach, learning new tools, methods and approaches to better support my clients.

In addition, I hold a Master of Divinity degree from Pacific School of Religion, a Master of Arts in Music and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of California, Riverside. In addition to my years as a dean in student and academic affairs, I have worked for county government and local non-profits. And now I run my own business.

I'd love to know more about you!

It shouldn't have to be so hard to decide what to do.

If you are:

• stuck with unclear options

• knowing deep inside you are ready for a change but don't know where to start

• in need of help with motivation or making (and sticking with) a plan for personal or professional growth

• wanting to be present in each moment, yet find you're thinking about the past or worrying about the future

• used to going it alone, but could really use some help

It's your life and your choices. But I am here to listen and help you make sense of what's next.

 MY APPROACH

As a coach and partner on your journey towards creating the life you want, I am here to help support you towards wholeness. Little by little is how I see it, how I've experienced growth in my own life, and how my clients often make changes towards improving their own lives. A small change can make a big difference!

In addition to creating a welcoming space, listening attentively and well, and using effective questions, I also utilize storytelling, habit formation, mindful practices, and personal ritual creation. My clients tell me these tools really enhance their experience, both in the session and afterwards, as they work on transforming their lives.

Are you ready for that next step?

One final note about my approach: my favorite award I received early in my career was the Quietly Making Noise Award in appreciation for my behind-the-scenes work. My favorite summer job in my youth was being a camp counselor. And as a young child my favorite teacher was in Kindergarten--she made everyone feel important. I integrate these into my coaching work as I support clients behind-the-scenes, accompany you on your inner exploration and external adventures, and strive to create an environment where you matter most.

Don't wait any longer to make this the year you improve your life. I know how difficult it can be to make some courageous changes in your life. Working with a coach helped me to realign my work to my core values, begin to make small changes in my daily life, and shifted my mindset about what I wanted. Small changes make all the difference. Start today to take the next step. You'll be glad you did.

I'm ready to talk with you more about how coaching can help you get where you're going.
